Meet Mike Kelly

Lifetime roots. Executive experience. Innovative leadership.

A Message from Mike

As someone who grew up in Johnson County and chose to raise my own family here, I know what makes this community special: strong schools, safe neighborhoods, and opportunities for families and businesses to thrive.

Serving as Chair of the Board of Commissioners has been an honor, and I’m proud of the progress we’ve made. From bringing major employers to our county to investing in infrastructure and expanding public safety and health services, my focus has always been on practical solutions that benefit everyone who calls Johnson County home. I’m committed to building on our strong foundation to ensure our county remains a place we’re all proud of.
